The programme

An awareness programme designed for non-IT staff: no technical knowledge is required. Each module takes about one hour and is followed at your own pace: three short lessons, rooted in everyday administrative situations, each followed by a quiz that checks the right reflexes. Completing the module earns its official certificate.

All four modules are open for enrolment — take them in order: each one builds on the habits of the previous one.
